PetVet Care Centers in Bellevue, Idaho, is seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. You will provide high-quality care, work with experienced veterinarians and support staff, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Our practice features a state-of-the-art facility, a 10,000 sq ft hospital, and a collaborative, supportive culture. The role offers a salary range of 145k to 165k USD with sign-on, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited college
- Current State Veterinary License
- DEA registration must be obtained and maintained
- 1+ years of experience in a veterinary practice
- Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and dental skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive patient exams and medical work-ups
- Client communication and education
- Performing diagnostic procedures and surgery
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Pharmacy duties and controlled substance protocols
- Promote teamwork and staff efficiency
- Assist Hospital Manager with weekly priorities
- Monitor hospital protocols from intake to discharge
- Attend daily rounds when possible
- Participate in practice management updates and training
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management
