Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD from AVMA-accredited college (or equivalent).
• Active Washington veterinary license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical and surgical experience in small animal medicine.
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and participate in expanding hospital services.
• Provide general practice, urgent care, dentistry, and internal medicine as part of a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with a multi-doctor team and mentor junior clinicians.
• Contribute to high-standard patient care and client education.
• Support growth and development of hospital capabilities and culture.
