The practice features digital X-ray, IDEXX in-house lab, ultrasound, dedicated surgical and dental suites, and a culture focused on mentorship and fear-free care. Four-day weeks, no on-call, and strong support staff.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows practice in the US.
• Texas license or eligibility to practice in TX.
• 2–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Comfort with routine surgery and dentistry (spays, neuters, extractions).
• Base salary of $125,000 to $145,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellness care and sick visits for dogs and cats.
• Perform routine surgeries and dentistry, including spays and neuters.
• Support with internal medicine cases and collaborative care with the team.
