AVG is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join Pet Care Center in Montgomery, AL. The role supports a collaborative team handling a mix of medical and surgical cases across small animals and exotics, with flexible scheduling for all experience levels.

You will work with a multi-doctor staff in a well-equipped clinic featuring endoscopy and ultrasound. The position offers mentorship, sign-on options, Pro-Sal potential, paid CE days, and generous benefits to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree from AVMA-accredited college (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE) is required.
• Active license in good standing to practice in the state of employment or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership.
• Grow relationships within the Montgomery community.
• Support staff through internal LevelUp training program.
• Manage varying caseload including surgeries and appointments during open hours.
