Job summary

Snellville Animal Hospital in Snellville, GA is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a busy practice with a collaborative team. You will provide high-quality medical care, perform surgeries, and communicate effectively with clients and staff while building lasting relationships.

You will work with experienced veterinarians and support staff alongside the Hospital Manager and Regional Manager to deliver compassionate care in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Veterinarian degree (DVM or VMD) from an accredited college or university.
• Current State Veterinary License in good standing.
• DEA registration must be obtained and maintained.
• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary practice.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with excellent surgical and dental abilities.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient exams and medical work-ups.
• Communicate with clients and provide education on care.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and surgeries as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow controlled substance protocols.
• Promote teamwork and support hospital operations with weekly priorities.
