Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state.
- DEA/BNDD eligibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose disease and injuries.
- Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret results.
- Advise owners on preventive care and treatment options.
- Perform surgeries and prescribe medications as needed.
- Provide end-of-life care counseling and maintain medical records.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and policies.
