Job summary

Park Veterinary Hospital in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join a trusted, high-producing team led by Dr. Denis Bergeron.

You’ll handle a broad clinical caseload, work with an experienced support staff, and enjoy a stable, permanent position rather than relief work. The hospital is AAHA-accredited and Fear Free-certified, offering a strong surgical program, mentorship, and opportunities for client relationships with patients.

Qualifications

• AAHA-accredited, Fear Free-certified practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-time Associate Veterinarian.
• Broad clinical variety: wellness, vaccinations, spay/neuter, dentistry, parasite prevention, radiology, pain management, cancer treatment.
• Strong surgical caseload including dental extractions, spay/neuter, laceration repair, bladder stone removal, ACL repair, and emergency/urgent surgery.
• On-duty veterinarian coverage 6 days a week with no overnight shifts for associates.
• Follow standard-of-care protocols: pre-anesthetic bloodwork, full-mouth dental radiography, continuous vitals monitoring.
• Support from a team of experienced staff (manager, CVTs, Vet Techs, assistants, client service reps, kennel staff).
