Job summary

Value Vet Falls Church is seeking a full-time associate veterinarian to join our outpatient practice. The role is Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm, with no overnight, after-hours, or weekend work.

Our facility provides wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, dental care, and surgery to a high-volume client base. Candidates should be compassionate and team-oriented, with a DVM or equivalent, Virginia licensure in good standing, and an active DEA license.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in Virginia.
• Active DEA license required.
• Professional comportment and appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients as a small animal veterinarian.
• Prescribe treatments and perform surgery as needed.
• Respond to hospital caseload and maintain follow-up communication.
• Provide high-quality, affordable care and excellent client service.
• Assist in retaining and developing clients and maintaining hospital reputation.
