Home Vet Services in Trumbull, CT is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to provide medical autonomy and mentorship with no weekend clinic hours. The role welcomes new graduates and experienced vets, offering full-time or part-time schedules and a supportive team.

Compensation is customized per candidate, with signing bonuses, relocation and loan assistance, and comprehensive benefits including premium coverage, licensing, dues, CE allowance, and more. DEA and USDA credentials are considered.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license
• Current DEA License preferred but not required
• USDA Accreditation preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and medical care for companion animals.
• Perform wellness examinations and administer vaccinations.
• Develop treatment plans based on patients' needs.
• Educate clients about their pets' health and care.
• Build client relationships through compassionate, clear communication.
