Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an accredited college; current state license required.
• Active DEA registration for controlled substances.
• Minimum 1+ year veterinary practice experience.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, surgical and dental skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient exams and medical work-ups.
• Communicate with clients and provide education.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and surgery; maintain medical records.
• Handle pharmacy duties and follow controlled substance protocols.
• Promote teamwork and staff efficiency; align with Hospital Manager's priorities.
• Monitor hospital protocols from intake to discharge; participate in rounds.
