JAS Recruitment represents a privately owned, full-service small animal hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian. The 3-doctor practice offers a strong support team (2 techs per doctor), four exam rooms, and ample parking, with a focus on quality patient care.

The role is full-time (4 days/week, plus alternating Saturdays) with option for part-time for experienced candidates. Qualifications include a DVM/VMD and MA veterinary license, 2+ years in small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery

Associate Veterinarian opening with a full service, small animal hospital that is privately owned, established and growing.

• Large general practice serving the Southampton area for 15 years
• 3-doctor team
• Skilled support team – 2 Techs per doctor
• 4 exam rooms
• Parking lot – free parking

Schedule: Hospital hours are 9a - 6p Monday – Thursday / 9a -5p Friday / 9a – 1p Saturday

• Full-time schedule is preferred: 4 days/week – plus every other Saturday
• Part-time and flexible schedule options for experienced candidates

Qualifications:

• DVM / VMD
• Massachusetts State Veterinary License required
• 2+ Years experience practicing small animal medicine is required
• Proficiency in general practice soft tissue surgery is required

Compensation: $130k – $180k base salary + 20% production
