Job description

Location Boston, United States Sector Other Salary $140,000.00 to $180,000.00 per annum

A progressive, membership-based veterinary provider is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join their growing network of hospitals across the East Coast. This organization has reimagined the veterinary experience—combining high-quality medicine with a modern, hospitality-led approach designed to improve the experience for pets, clients, and veterinary teams alike. Their clinics are purpose-built with both medical excellence and wellbeing in mind. Each location is thoughtfully designed by animal-care experts to create a calm, low-stress environment that supports Fear Free medicine and exceptional patient care. Doctors benefit from longer 30–60 minute appointments, dedicated administrative time built into the day, and a strong doctor-to-support-staff ratio, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality medicine rather than rushing through appointments. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive network of veterinarians committed to practicing gold-standard medicine. The hospitals are AAHA-accredited and equipped with modern diagnostics and surgical capabilities, while highly skilled veterinary nurses assist with procedures, lab work, and patient care. This structure creates a sustainable working environment where doctors can practice at their best while maintaining balance and professional satisfaction. In addition to working within beautifully designed hospitals, this organization offers a unique membership model that provides clients with transparent pricing, enhanced access to care, and 24/7 telemedicine support. For veterinarians, this means better client communication, improved continuity of care, and the opportunity to build meaningful long-term relationships with pet owners. With continued expansion planned through 2026, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking veterinary organization that prioritizes clinical excellence, innovation, and the well-being of its veterinary teams.
