Job summary

Heart + Paw is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a veterinarian-led center focused on client-centered care, proactive preventive medicine, and low-stress handling. You will collaborate with the Partner Doctor and leadership to deliver exceptional care and support the human-animal bond in the community.

This role offers mentorship, flexible scheduling, relocation assistance, and a competitive compensation package, with a sign-on bonus up to $100,000 and no non-compete.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary licensure, in good standing with the state board.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Enthusiastic about leveraging technology to advance veterinary care.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Fear Free or HABRI certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
