Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited program.
• Active Georgia veterinary license or ability to obtain.
• DEA licensure or eligibility to obtain.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and assist with larger patients or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care for companion animals.
• Perform physical exams, diagnostics, surgery, and treatment plans.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and develop appropriate care plans.
• Educate clients on preventive care and treatment options.
• Deliver compassionate guidance through all stages of a pet's life, including end-of-life care.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Practice in accordance with veterinary ethics and medical standards.
