Arkansas Veterinary Clinic in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our close-knit, family-oriented practice. We welcome both experienced vets and early-career DVMs who want to grow while practicing high-quality medicine and building strong client relationships.
You'll provide comprehensive small animal care, wellness and preventive services, and collaborate with a supportive team including a Certified Veterinary Technician.

As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Provide comprehensive small animal medical care

Veterinarians with an interest in soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, and/or specialty procedures are especially encouraged to apply!

Salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Western Veterinary Partners offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location and eligibility.
