Animal Care Center in Brainerd Lakes Area, Minnesota, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a 4-doctor small animal team. Experience helps, but new graduates are welcomed in a supportive, mentorship-focused culture.

Compensation includes base pay up to $140,000 with a $50,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Weekday hours 8–5 support work-life balance and client-focused care.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary (up to $140,000)
• Monthly production bonuses with no negative accrual
