CityVet Alamo Heights Veterinary Clinic & Urgent Care seeks a full-time Veterinarian to join its GP + Urgent Care hybrid practice in Alamo Heights, San Antonio. The role offers a dynamic caseload, strong mentorship, and collaborative culture for both new graduates and experienced DVMs.

You’ll work with a skilled team of associates, technicians, and a boarded surgeon, providing high-quality medicine and excellent client communication in a well-equipped clinic.

You’ll work alongside :

• A team of 4 Associates with mixed levels of experience
• A large team of highly utilized technicians
• A boarded surgeon who performs orthopedic procedures and provides surgical mentorship/support

Our technicians are deeply involved in patient care and take immense pride in their work, allowing our doctors to focus on medicine, surgery, and client communication.

Our hospital is fully equipped to support advanced diagnostics and surgical care. We have 6 exam rooms, a large treatment area, and private, dual surgical suite. In addition, we have Dr. Fred Williams - a boarded surgeon who provides his expertise with advanced surgical procedures and orthopedic surgeries.

Our clinic is equipped with:

• Abaxis analyzers | Imagyst | PT/PTT | Istat
• Phovia light therapy
• LigaSure
• Dedicated \"clean room\" for orthopedic surgery

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
• Licensed to practice in this state or eligible for licensure.
