Thrive Pet Healthcare's Animal Care Center of West Bountiful, UT seeks an Associate Veterinarian to join a modern, community-rooted practice offering dentistry, in-house ultrasonography, surgery and urgent care within a collegial team.

The position features a 4-day work week with no weekend hours, a base salary of $130,000–$180,000 plus production with no negative accrual, sign-on options, relocation support, and robust benefits designed to support career growth and personal well-being.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree required.
• Active (or pending) Utah Veterinary License.
• Passion for high-quality medicine, surgery and dentistry.
• Collaborative mindset and team-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Uphold AAHA and Cat-Friendly standards in a modern facility.
• Utilize in-house ultrasonography and digital dentistry for diagnostics.
• Manage a diverse case mix from wellness to urgent care.
