Job summary

Atlas Consultancy Group’s well-established Tyler, TX, small animal hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. You’ll work alongside an experienced colleague in a 2-doctor practice with supportive staff, performing wellness, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and urgent care in a modern facility.

This role offers a strong base salary ($100k–$140k) plus quarterly production incentives, a sign-on bonus, generous CE, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD (or equivalent) from an AVMA accredited university.
• Hold or be eligible for a Veterinary State License in Texas.
• Confident in small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery.
• Strong communicator who values long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality small animal medicine including wellness, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and urgent care as needed.
• Collaborate with a 2-doctor team and supportive staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain a 4-day work week with weekend off and strong operational backing.
