We are working on behalf of a well-established, multi-doctor, AAHA-accredited and Feline Friendly small animal hospital in Fort Myers, FL that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team.

This is a practice built around strong support and high medical standards. Each doctor works alongside a dedicated technician, plus an additional treatment and lab technician, and the team includes two Certified Surgery Technicians. The facility is fully equipped with separate dental and surgical suites, endoscopy, ultrasound, and digital radiography, so you have the tools to work up cases properly and practice the kind of medicine you trained for.

Students and new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply. New doctors complete a dedicated mentorship program at a nearby sister hospital before moving to the Fort Myers hospital as their primary location, giving you a structured start and plenty of support along the way. Experienced DVMs will find a collaborative team that values teaching, learning, and strong client relationships.

The hospital is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday, 8am to 2pm. Outside of work, Fort Myers offers beautiful beaches, great fishing, a charming historic downtown, and a family-friendly lifestyle, with Sanibel Island about five miles away and Fort Myers Beach around ten.
