Role Description

The Associate Veterinarian is a full-time, on-site role based in Paoli, PA. This team member will perform medical examinations, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide preventive care for dogs and cats across all life stages. Daily responsibilities include conducting wellness visits and vaccinations, managing urgent care cases, performing routine surgeries and dental procedures, and overseeing hospitalized patients. The role also involves communicating clearly with pet owners about diagnoses, treatment options, and home care, while documenting medical records accurately and collaborating with technicians and support staff. The Associate Veterinarian contributes to a positive, efficient clinic environment, upholds high standards of patient safety and comfort, and supports the practice’s commitment to exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree and current, or eligible, Pennsylvania veterinary license.
