Job Title: Associate Veterinarian (DVM) Waebsterville Location: Texas

Position Summary

Join our excellent, single-doctor practice in the highly desirable Webster area. We are looking for a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to become the second doctor and help grow the practice. This role offers great teamwork, full autonomy, and a supportive, non-corporate environment.

Schedule & Structure

Work Week: 4 days weekly, with a rotating Saturday (when a Saturday is worked, a half-day off is provided the following week).

Compensation: Competitive salary ($120k$150k, depending on experience) plus a Pro Sal structure.

Compensation and Benefits

DVM Pay Range $120,000$150,000 (depending on location and experience), plus a Pro Sal structure.

Relocation Bonus: up to $15,000.

Time Off: Flexible and understanding scheduling; working a Saturday earns a 21 day off the following week.

Paid Maternity Leave: up to 4 weeks, plus company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability.
