Job summary

Coastal Veterinary Care in Swansea, Massachusetts, a brand-new small animal practice opening Spring 2026, invites an Associate Veterinarian to join as we launch our doors.

You will work closely with experienced veterinarians and hospital leadership to deliver high-quality medical care, build client relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture with mentorship and relocation support.

Are you a passionate veterinarian looking to grow your career in a supportive, collaborative environment? Coastal Veterinary Care is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team as we prepare to open our doors in Spring 2026.

Coastal Veterinary Care is a brand-new small animal practice located in Swansea, Massachusetts, just minutes from our sister hospital, Mass-RI Veterinary Services. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new hospital from day one while benefiting from the support of an established regional and national network.

Conveniently located near Providence, Rhode Island, and within easy driving distance of Boston, Swansea offers the best of coastal New England living—charming communities, access to beaches, and plenty of dining, shopping, and outdoor activities.

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality medical care while helping to build a positive, team-oriented culture. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced veterinarians, technicians, and hospital leadership to create an exceptional experience for both patients and clients.
