Job summary

VCA South Shore Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a full-hybrid GP/ER/Specialty practice with world-class medicine and a strong team. You’ll have access to ER and specialty support while maintaining patient relationships, supported by a high doctor-to-staff ratio and mentorship.

The role offers competitive compensation ($125,000 – $145,000) for a 40-hour week, with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Licensure in good standing in MA, or ability to obtain.

• Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge,abilitiesand other relevant credentials. Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000. Salaryrange listed is based on a40 hourwork week.
