Richboro Veterinary Hospital, a privately owned 2.5-doctor practice near Philadelphia, PA, seeks a full-time associate veterinarian to join our growing team. Salary is $125,000–$175,000 based on experience, with options for ProSal.

We offer a 4-day work week (M-F) with rotating Saturday, BCBS health insurance, a 401(k) with 4% match, paid licenses, a $2,000 CE allowance, and 14 vacation days (increasing to 21 after year 3). Mentoring from senior doctors is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary medical care as a full-time associate veterinarian.
• Engage in soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries as part of caseload.
• Mentor and collaborate with senior veterinarians to ensure high standards of care.

Richboro Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned, 2.5 doctor practice, in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are seeking a full-time associate veterinarian to join our ever-growing practice.

RVH has been a staple in the area for over 30+ years! Richboro is a thriving community that continues to grow, and along with it RVH. Some of the best sports teams (Go Birds!), American History museums, and restaurants that any foodie would love, are all within easy driving distance. Don’t like the big city life? The Poconos are an easy drive north to enjoy nature! Richboro and surrounding areas definitely have a smaller town/Midwest feel to it. And take it from Dr. Sampson, who was born and raised in North Dakota!

Full Time Veterinarian Position:

Salary: 125,000 – 175,000 based upon experience

• Like to agree on a straight salary, but willing to discuss ProSal as well
  • No Negative Accrual
  • No Non-Compete Clause
• Vet:Tech/Assistant Ratio a minimum of 1:2
• 4 day work week M-F and rotating Saturday schedule 8-12 (roughly once monthly)
• While we perform multiple surgeries daily at RVH, that is not a requirement to work as a Veterinarian at RVH

• CE Allotment of $2000 and 1 week vacation per year
