- FT, PT, Rotating: We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle, including full‑time, part‑time, and rotating shifts.
- Hours of Operation: Our hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM.

As a VCA Associate, eligible full‑time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:
- Up to $75k signing bonus with a two‑year+ commitment for doctors with 2+ years of experience!
- We offer a relocation package for anyone interested in moving to beautiful Redding, CA!
- The annual salary range for this position is $66,560 - $180K.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The salary range listed is based on a 40‑hour work week.
- This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
