Your Compensation & Comprehensive Security

• Salary: $95,000–$135,000 annually, depending on experience and skill set.

• Premium 3‑Day Workweek Rotation: Your schedule gives you a regular 4 days off every single week to spend enjoying Southern West Virginia's affordable cost of living and beautiful outdoor recreation.

• Ample Paid Time Off (PTO): Completely separate from your regular days off, you receive 15 days PTO for new graduates, 20 days PTO for experienced veterinarians, and 5 separate CE days.
