Valet Vet is a mobile veterinary clinic delivering in-home care across Phoenix, AZ. Our doctors and technicians travel to pets' homes, providing thorough exams and compassionate medicine with no heavy lobby or clinic bottlenecks.

We offer full-time or part-time positions with a four-day full-time week, caring for 6–7 homes per day. Surgical care is optional, and a supportive team environment emphasizes work–life balance and personalized patient care.

Your workday starts without a line of impatient clients in a noisy lobby. You and your technician load up a fully equipped mobile clinic, head into the community, and provide one-on-one care in pets' own homes. You have time to talk to clients, give thorough exams, and enjoy practicing veterinary medicine again.

Your day is route-based and planned — not built around walk-ins, lobby bottlenecks, and constant room turnover.

Patients are calmer

Pets avoid the car-to-lobby-to-exam-room stress spiral. You often get better behavior, better histories, and better client buy-in.

Fewer appointments per day means more time for a full story, detailed education, and case planning.

Mobile is not just vaccines and euthanasia. We see case variety, perform diagnostics, surgery, anesthesia, imaging, chronic care, geriatric care, and hospice/palliative medicine.

What we're looking for

• Licensed DVM with 1+ year of experience
• Commitment to compassionate, thorough patient care
• Comfort working in a mobile setting — or genuine excitement to learn
• No surgery requirement; surgical interest is welcome but is not a condition of the role
• Someone who wants private practice, a supportive team, and a healthier rhythm than traditional clinic life
