Why You'll Love Working With Us

Patient Care Comes First

As a privately owned hospital, we focus on doing what's right for our patients rather than meeting corporate quotas. We believe in practicing quality medicine, building lasting relationships, and giving our veterinarians the support they need to succeed.

Experienced, Supportive Team

You'll work alongside a tenured, compassionate team, including Fear Free Certified staff members who are dedicated to making veterinary visits positive experiences. We value teamwork, open communication, and a workplace where everyone's contributions matter.

Modern Medicine & Technology

Our full-service hospital is equipped with digital dental radiography, ultrasound, a CO2 surgical laser, and electronic medical records with AI-assisted scribing, helping you focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.

Mentorship & Professional Growth

Whether you're an experienced veterinarian or a recent graduate, we offer a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment that encourages continued learning and professional development.

Future Ownership Potential

Looking for something long-term? For the right individual, there may be an opportunity to explore future practice ownership!

What We Offer

• Four-day workweek for a full-time position
• Competitive compensation with generous base salary plus production bonus
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with a 4% employer match
• Continuing education support
• Paid professional licensing fees
• Potential future ownership opportunities
• A respected, independently owned hospital with an established client base and excellent community reputation
