We are working on behalf of a modern, full-service small-animal hospital in the heart of Philadelphia, PA that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its five-doctor team. You will step into a busy but well-managed caseload, roughly 15 to 17 appointments a day, backed by a strong support team of two to two and a half technicians per doctor. That ratio matters. The case mix is varied, spanning wellness and preventive care, sick visits, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, daytime urgent cases, and advanced diagnostics.
