Overview and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $150,000–$200,000 (based on experience) plus production bonus with no negative accrual
• Flexible 4 day workweek; no on-call shifts
• Open Monday–Saturday; closed Sundays
• 3 weeks of PTO to start
• Additional paid CE time with CE allowance
• Licensing reimbursement: AVMA/PLIT, California license, and DEA
