Job summary

Thrive Oak Lawn, part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join our busy Chicagoland hospital. You will provide comprehensive small animal care, manage wellness and medical cases, and communicate clearly with clients while contributing to a collaborative, community-focused team.

We offer a progressive compensation model with base salary plus production, no negative accrual, and strong support through experienced CVTs, mentorship, and CE opportunities.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree is required.
• State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the hiring state is required.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligibility is required.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $120,000 - $160,000/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Your Experience & Skills

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
• State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
