Our client is a full-service small animal hospital in New York City, hiring for a Veterinarian. The hospital treats small and companion animals and is dedicated to providing gold-standard medical and surgical care, including urgent care during business hours.

Specific doctor hours are open to discussion. The hospital operates during standard business hours and provides urgent care services within these hours. The position is open to full-time availability.

Role Description and Responsibilities

The Veterinarian will provide comprehensive care for small and companion animals, including routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries, dentistry, and general medical care. Full anesthetic monitoring and support are provided. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of veterinary medicine.

The hospital is equipped with an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound. The clinic is proudly Fear Free, Feline Friendly Certified, and Human-Animal Bond Certified. The facility supports both routine and advanced veterinary procedures for small and companion animals, with a focus on gold-standard care.
