An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, multi-doctor small animal practice in the desirable town of Los Gatos, California. With a supportive team of experienced veterinarians, registered veterinary technicians, and dedicated support staff, this hospital provides an environment where doctors can focus on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
This position offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, with weekend coverage available, making it ideal for veterinarians looking for flexibility without compromising on professional development or clinical standards.
Provide high-quality preventative, medical, and surgical care for companion animals.
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and education.
Work collaboratively with an experienced team of veterinarians and skilled RVTs.
Utilise modern diagnostic and surgical equipment to deliver exceptional patient care.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented hospital culture.
DVM or VMD degree.
Valid California veterinary licence (or eligibility to obtain one).
DEA licence (or ability to obtain).
3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and client service skills.
Passion for continued learning and delivering high-quality medicine.
Competitive salary of $140,000–$200,000, plus production (no negative accrual).
