Atlas Consultancy Group in Houston, TX seeks an Associate Veterinarian to join a progressive, high-end small animal clinic. The role features a four-day workweek, mentorship, and a collaborative team dedicated to meaningful medicine for patients and clients.

The ideal candidate will be AVMA-accredited graduate with Texas license (or eligibility), comfortable with wellness visits, dentistry, soft tissue surgery and urgent care, and eager to grow with a forward-thinking practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary school or equivalent qualifications.
• Active Texas veterinary license or eligibility before start date.
• Confident across general practice and urgent care, including routine dentistry and soft tissue surgery.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care across wellness visits, dentistry, soft tissue surgery and urgent care.
• Collaborate with hands-on clinic support and 24/7 virtual care teams.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients while mentoring team members.

A progressive, high-end small animal clinic in Houston, TX is looking to welcome a talented Associate Veterinarian to its growing team!

A hands-on support team works alongside you in the clinic, and a virtual care team is available around the clock to back up your patients between visits.

Clever in-house technology quietly handles the paperwork side of things, so your attention stays where it belongs. Appointments run at 30-minute intervals, with a typical day sitting at around 16 appointments for a pace that is busy without being overwhelming.

Full-time veterinarians typically work a four-day week, with scheduling that flexes around individual preferences rather than following a rigid template. About You:

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary school or holds equivalent qualifications to practice in the United States
• Active veterinary license in Texas, or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date
• Confident across general practice and urgent care, including routine dentistry and soft tissue surgery
• A genuine team player who communicates well and takes pride in the relationships they build with clients
• Committed to delivering high-quality medicine and continuing to grow as a clinician
• Guaranteed base salary between $130,000 and $190,000
• Quarterly 22% production bonus with no negative accrual
