Job summary

Town & Country Veterinarians in Gainesville, FL is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor practice. You’ll see a wide range of medical and surgical cases while receiving strong mentorship and support to grow professionally.

We offer relationships-based care, modern equipment, digital radiography, ultrasound, EMR, and a collaborative team culture that values work-life balance and client service.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
• Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state).

Responsibilities

• Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach
• Collaborate and engage with the clinical team and leadership
• Grow relationships within the practice and the Gainesville community
• Encourage the growth of support staff members through our internal LevelUp training program
• Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during our open hours

Education

As an AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor practice, we provide personalized care supported by modern equipment, including digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, electronic medical records, and therapeutic laser. Our beautiful surgical suite overlooks the Florida palm trees, and our hospital also features an upstairs doctor’s office, CE education room, and second-story balcony where our team enjoys breaks and lunches.
