Associate Veterinarian – Fruita, CO (Grand Junction/Western Slope)

This position is offered by Arrowhead Veterinary Hospital in Fruita, Colorado. It is open to candidates with an interest in a full scope of primary veterinary care in a small‑town practice environment.

Compensation

• $110,000 – $140,000 base salary + production bonuses, with no negative accrual

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical care including routine wellness, orthopedics, endoscopy, same‑day walk‑ins, and high‑volume digital dentistry
• Manage a diverse case mix, from routine wellness to urgent/emergency cases
• Collaborate with a close‑knit doctor team focused on compassionate care and collective problem‑solving
• Participate in community outreach and partner programs that give back to the local community
• Mentor and learn under owner‑founder Dr. Etchart with expertise in orthopedics and high‑volume dentistry

Requirements

• DVM/VMD degree
