An established, multi-doctor animal hospital in the Fredericksburg area is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its growing team.

This is a well-rounded GP position in a full-service hospital that handles routine appointments, surgery, dentistry, and same-day urgent cases during business hours, with the added bonus of exposure to exotic caseloads for anyone who enjoys seeing more than just cats and dogs. The hospital has built a strong reputation in its community for compassionate care, clear client communication, and a genuinely personal approach to medicine.

The practice itself offers a calm, welcoming environment and a broad clinical range, including preventive care, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, ultrasound, laser therapy, grooming, and boarding. You would be joining an experienced team with long-standing leadership, licensed technician support, and doctors whose interests include preventive medicine, soft-tissue surgery, diagnostic imaging, emergency/urgent care, and exotic companion animal medicine.
