VCA Franklin Park in Franklin Park, IL is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a busy, 3-doctor practice offering world-class medicine and a supportive team. You will work with soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, imaging, and ambulatory care as part of a comprehensive hospital.

The hospital provides in-house labs, digital radiography, and soon ultrasound, plus mentoring for new graduates. A strong commitment to client service, staff development, and work-life balance defines our culture.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in IL, or ability to obtain.
• Commitment to high standards of veterinary medicine and ethics.

Dedicated Support Staff : Our team includes highly experienced technicians and veterinary assistants, with many enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician program.

Experienced Leadership : Our Practice Manager brings 9 years of veterinary experience to the team.

Total Rewards

Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $70K - $110K. The salary range listed is based on a 40-hour work week.

This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
• Licensure in good standing to practice in (IL), or the ability to obtain
• A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
