New Frontier Animal Medical Center in Fenton, MI is seeking a part-time associate veterinarian to join our privately owned small animal clinic. We offer a collaborative, relationship-based approach to care with a close-knit team focused on compassionate service.

The position is 20-24 hours per week with no weekends, no emergencies, and no major holidays. We provide medical/dental insurance, a 401(k) with 3% match, PTO, CE allowance, license/DEA reimbursement, and uniforms annually.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.

Responsibilities

• Perform wellness and sick-patient examinations
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions in cats and dogs
• Develop treatment plans and communicate recommendations to pet owners
• Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory results and imaging
• Provide preventive care, vaccinations, and client education
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
• Collaborate with skilled veterinary and support team to provide exceptional patient care
