The role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules, with hours Monday–Friday and a path for professional growth through ongoing CE and clinical studies.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university.
• Washington state licensure in good standing or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for small animals (dogs and cats).

Total Rewards

As a member of the VCA family, eligible full‑time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:

Compensation

• The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $180,000.
• Up to $45K signing bonus package.
• Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Salary range listed is based on a 40‑hour work week.
• This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
