Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000+ depending on experience and may be reviewed after your first 90 days because we believe exceptional veterinarians should be recognized and rewarded.

• Flexible Schedule: Full‑Time = Four 10‑hour shifts or Three 12‑hour shifts; Part‑Time = Two 12‑hour shifts
