Back Mountain Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned, state-of-the-art practice in Northeastern PA, offering modern facilities and a generous compensation package. We seek a DVM to join our team with mentorship and access to board-certified radiologists, internists, and surgeons.

Expect a competitive salary ($120,000–$150,000 per year) with a $15,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and potential production bonuses. New graduates welcome; relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• DVM license to practice in Pennsylvania or eligibility
• Willingness to mentor new graduates
• Experience in veterinary medicine and surgery is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform spays, neuters, and dentals with mentorship when needed
• Coordinate with radiology and cardiology specialists for advanced diagnostics
• Interpret lab data and imaging to guide treatment
• Communicate clearly with clients and educate about care
• Maintain equipment and ensure hospital safety
