VCA Cheshire in Cheshire, CT is seeking a Veterinarian to join a four-doctor practice with a team dedicated to world-class medicine and compassionate care. The hospital features multiple surgical suites, advanced imaging and a strong mentorship environment for new graduates.

4 doctor practice with an experienced support staff Underwent major renovation 4 years ago Three full surgical suites, an internal medicine suite, and a dental suite ultrasound capabilities by a board-certified internal medicine specialist 3 days a week as well as a board-certified cardiologist once a month. Fear‑free AHAA Students and new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated mentorship.

Schedule

We are open 6 days/week, no on‑call hours, and closed on major holidays and the schedule includes 4 days/week (Mon‑Fri) with a rotating half day on Saturdays Cases Small animal focus with some exotics.

Total Rewards

Compensation Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs. Qualifications

A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent Licensure in good standing to practice in (state), or the ability to obtain A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
