The brand-new facility features ultrasound, digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, IDEXX in-house labs, and a fully paperless PMS. Flexible scheduling (part-time, full-time, or relief) supports work-life balance and ongoing CE and mentorship opportunities.

Job description

We’re excited to be working with a modern, DVM-owned small-animal hospital in Bentonville, AR, that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to their growing team.

This brand-new hospital was designed with both patients and practitioners in mind. The 4,300+ sq ft facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including brand-new ultrasound, digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, IDEXX in-house labs, and a fully paperless PMS system. The building features six spacious exam rooms (including cat-only rooms and a separate euthanasia space), a spacious treatment area, office, and dedicated surgery and dental suites.

With a flexible approach to scheduling—whether you’re interested in part-time, full-time, or relief shifts—this hospital is committed to supporting you in achieving an excellent work-life balance.

You’ll work alongside two incredibly dedicated and supportive Veterinarians, as well as a strong 2:1 tech/assistant-to-doctor ratio—including two certified veterinary technicians—allowing you to focus on medicine. The leadership here values collaboration and mentorship, with a medical director who is especially passionate about teaching and supporting recently graduated doctors. Continuing education and professional development are highly encouraged, with a CE allowance and tailored mentorship opportunities in areas such as surgery and dentistry.
