Full‑time schedule with flexible options to support work‑life balance. Standard hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm; closed Sundays Shared weekend rotation (1-2 Saturdays per month) No overnight on‑call shifts Cases Diverse caseload including wellness, dentistry, surgery, and internal medicine Opportunity to manage a wide range of small animal cases Strong technical team to support your medical focus Ideal for doctors who enjoy collaboration and continuity of care.
As a VCA Associate, eligible full‑time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including: Compensation Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The salary range listed is based on a 40‑hour work week. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
