Baytown Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian in a brand-new, 10,000-square-foot facility near Houston. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, collaboration, and long-term career growth in a privately owned practice.

Compensation includes a base salary of $160,000–$180,000 with uncapped production, and strong earning potential for high performers. Benefits and relocation support are available for the right candidate.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellness and preventive care.
• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions.
• Manage daytime urgent care cases.
• Perform soft tissue surgery based on your experience and interests.
• Interpret laboratory results and diagnostic imaging; develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled veterinary team.
