Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our busy small animal practice. This privately owned clinic offers clinical autonomy, a strong support staff, and a high-demand caseload.

We work a 4-day week with a protected lunch, a rotating Saturday, and opportunities to grow surgically. Compensation includes a base salary of $140k–$160k plus production, with a $20k signing bonus and profit sharing after 3 years.

Associate Veterinarian - High-Producing, Privately Owned Practice (Atlanta, GA)

Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced associate veterinarian to join our busy, growing small animal practice in the Atlanta area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants to step into an established caseload, practice high-quality medicine, and build long-term financial success in a well-run, privately owned practice.

About the Role

• Established, high-demand caseload with consistent new client growth
• Strong, experienced support staff and efficient workflow

Work Schedule & Lifestyle

• 4-day work week with consistent schedule
• 90-minute protected lunch break
• Every 6th Saturday rotation (8-1pm)
• Dedicated surgery day with a lighter schedule
• Our doctors are highly productive within a 4-day work week, allowing for strong income without a 5-day clinical schedule.

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary commensurate with experience (typically $140,000-160,000) plus production (ProSal)
• Top-performing associates earn well into the $200K+ range
• The compensation structure rewards consistent, high-quality production
• Revenue share opportunity after 3 years of service
• $20,000 signing bonus

Surgical & Professional Development

• Opportunity to learn and perform TightRope procedures
