Job summary

PrideStaff in San Diego is seeking detail-oriented Assemblers for a temporary assignment to support a growing manufacturing team. You will assemble components, wire panel boards, and work from schematics and diagrams to support production operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable using tools and technical instructions in a fast-paced setting. This temporary position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or light industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Cut, strip, and crimp cables according to specifications.
• Assemble and populate panel boards with components per layout diagrams.
• Wire panel boards following wiring diagrams.
• Operate labeling equipment and apply labels to finished products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly or wiring issues.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Verify inventory and materials align with work order requirements.
