Job summary

Markel Corporation is seeking an Associate Underwriting Manager to lead a team of commercial production underwriters and drive execution of regional goals. The role collaborates with the Regional Product Leader and Product Line Leadership to align strategy with operations.

You will recruit, train and mentor underwriting talent, while building strong cross-functional relationships and adopting transformational solutions for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of cyber/tech/E&O underwriting experience.
